My husband and I joined next level fitness about 2 years ago and we honestly would never go to another gym! The gym has all of the equipment you could ever need and has such a great atmosphere to work out in.
I have had PT from both Dan and Jade, as trainers they are highly professional and have extensive fitness and nutritional knowledge- I use the app currently as it fits in with my busy work life and would recommend both PT and the app to anyone. Whenever I feel like giving up she always pushes me and gives me reasons not too! I started off absolutely clueless and weak as can be! With lots of one to one sessions I know feel confident with form and strong enough to train alone. Would recommend her to anyone and everyone!

Working out with Jade was the best decision I could have taken! I never knew that personal trainers could ask you so many questions relevant to your fitness and lifestyle and turn the answers into workouts tailored to your aims and your daily life problematics! My workouts are of course helpful to get stronger, but they are SO much more than that! Jade has made me a program to fit my life as a mum as well my professional life and what I physically need to thrive in both. My workouts are never too easy but also never so hard that I feel discouraged. I always feel better after having done them, I am two months in and I am as motivated as I was in day one. Even more, because I can feel the difference !
Jade takes care of your physical health but is also here when it comes to nutrition or self care. I feel like she’s the coach I needed all my life and finally found. Whether you’re a mum-to-be, postpartum, or not at all a mother, she’s gonna tailor your program to your needs, and be completely understanding of your limits and needs. I just LOVE having her as my coach. I couldn’t recommend her enough.

I have managed to avoid the gym for a large proportion of my life spend because I had no clue what to do when I got in there. I was also concerned as I have had issues with my lower back in the past and wasn’t sure how to manage this and work out, so I simply didn’t.
Since training with Jade as my PT for the last 3 months, my main aims were to get stronger but also feel confident to go to the gym in what I’m doing to ensure I was doing it correctly as to not I just myself.
I can definitely say I have become stronger as we have gone up a number of weights in a short space of time. The exercises we do have also had a focus on areas to help strengthen my back to support it and help with posture.
Jade has been so helpful throughout this process. She has pushed me harder than I would ever been able to do myself and has really brought it out of me to feel good about not only working out, but stepping foot into the gym. I am forever grateful for this and would highly recommend her!

I chose to sign up for a three month subscription with Jade as she has invaluable extensive knowledge on fitness and how to work out safely and correctly after having a baby. This was something that was very important to me.
Jade has structured my workouts focusing on building my strength back up and understands the demanding life of a new mum! The programme has been very easy to follow with detailed guided videos for every exercise, along with modifications or changes that are suited to me.
What I really enjoy is that Jade is always available to answer any questions or explain techniques or ways to improve to get the most out of my workouts, her support is brilliant and really motivates me to keep going!
I can’t believe the progress I have made in a short time working with Jade. I am lifting heavier than I ever have, even before having my daughter! My 14 yr old son wanted to go to the gym but not many in this area would take him because of his age. Dan was happy but I needed to be with him, this was definitely the kick up the proverbial that I needed! We have been going for over a year now and it has been brilliant for us both. This small relaxed gym is friendly and just lets you get on with your fitness.
I haven’t used Dan or Jade as coaches yet but I watch them with their clients and they are very knowledgeable and supportive. Dan also recently welcomed my son for his week school work experience, something many other bigger organisations didn’t support because of the administration hassle. I really appreciate Dan taking the time to do the paperwork necessary and support him over the week. My son has learnt a deeper understanding of not only fitness, nutrition, exercise form but running your own business, and how much hard work that takes.
Highly recommend this little, unassuming gym, especially for those who just want to get on, do some exercise and not worry about perceptions or needing to fitting in.

I came to Dan just over 6 months unmotivated, unhappy with my training and with a very uncomfortable lower back injury. I had no concept of consistency or structure and my diet was nonexistent. Since starting a programme with Dan my strength and lean body mass has increased significantly with my body fat percentage lowered. Not only this but my lower back injury disappeared thanks to Dan who encouraged me to focus on mobility. He also tailored my programme to help me develop all areas of my body but also target ones that would help to eradicate the pain I was suffering with.
Dan is a very friendly and approachable person who devotes his time into my own progression. Dan an jade has created a very comfortable environment within Next Level Fitness and I couldn’t recommend the gym or There training programmes enough to anyone from complete novices to experienced gym users.

After a long break from training, I joined Next Level Fitness with the aim of getting back into shape & to improve my overall strength and mobility to help with my main hobby horse riding/eventing. Dan has taken the time to understand my weaknesses and structure a training programme to address these.
All workouts/dietary advice that Dan provides are easily accessible and tracked through an app which allows me to easily monitor my progress. I’m already noticing a big difference in my riding and body shape thanks to Dan’s professional advice.

Dan is an exceptionally great coach. I approached Dan when I hit a plateau with my training and nutrition and was unsure which route to take. I also had a couple of long standing injuries which were another factor in halting my progress.
Since working with Dan, I'm now eating more food than ever. I was always hesitant about increasing my calories for fear of gaining fat, but, I've learnt that's not the case and my body is thankful for being fuelled, and it's had a huge positive impact on my workouts too. Dan has created custom plans to my unique requirements which has allowed me to enhance my strength and improve endurance and overall fitness; he's also worked alongside my physio and got me back to being injury free.
Dan's coaching style is strict and precise, but very enjoyable and encouraging, and I'm seeing results every week. Dan always takes time to thoroughly explain each exercise and shows how to execute them correctly; I've even found myself re-learning technique on exercises which have immensely improved fundamental movements.
For a long time I had a personal goal in mind that I thought was somewhat far-fetched, but, Dan listened to my goals and helped me to achieve them in a short space of time.
Dan is very focussed, supportive and extremely knowledgeable, and most importantly he genuinely cares about your progress. Next Level Fitness always has a great atmosphere with lots of laughs. Both Dan and Jade have created an environment where you always feel supported and relaxed.

Before taking up coaching with Dan my routine had become stale and I was massively lacking motivation. I was sometimes going to the gym, lifting a few weights and coming home, not really achieving anything. I wasn’t getting stronger, nor was I loosing weight.
Dan’s coaching & PT has really helped motivate me and improved my training drastically. Since starting I’ve seen a steady weight loss, an increase in strength, endurance and overall fitness.
I look forward to every session (even the killer ones), the nutritional targets have made me reign in the bad foods and start eating properly and I feel so much better because of it.
I cannot recommend Dan and Next Level Fitness enough, I’ve been a member of a number of gyms over the years and Next Level is by far the best of them (the resident gym dog helps too).

I was quite a novice to the gym with workouts and gym equipment but Dan has really helped my confidence by helping me understand techniques and structure in to sessions and to overcome my fear.
Dan has a provided me with a really easy programme to understand and follow which is regularly changed with fresh and enjoyable exercises.

The programming which Dan provides on the coaching app is specifically tailored to your goals and needs which Dan provides great support and guidance on. Dan genuinely cares about seeing your results and improvement which reflects the way the gyms run. From a PT perspective I couldn’t recommend Dan highly enough, everything he does always has the goals you set at the front of his thought process. It’s enjoyable whilst also pushing you towards achieving your targets which become more achievable than you first thought with his support.
I also cannot thank him enough for push me to my limits and helping me win countless awards at football like players player and the supporters player!

I started training with Dan a few months ago as I moved to the area and needed some help. The progress I have made so far has been crazy, even in the space of 4 weeks my body shape completely changed and that's all thanks to Dan. I've even taken up boxing with him which turns out it's now the highlight of my week!
I would highly recommend speaking with Dan if you're just starting out or need a little help as he is super knowledgeable and knows exactly what you need to do to reach your goals. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

I contacted Next Level in April 2022 to discuss starting out with some PT sessions to improve both my physical and mental health. After summoning some courage, I met Dan and we discussed my goals and he explained how he could help, I couldn’t have asked for a more reassuring or welcoming consultation. Fast forward almost 5 months and I can say I’ve not looked back, Dan’s an amazing PT, super supportive, patient, and knowledgeable.
